I came to akhila first for weight loss after that can make my mindset towards weight plan and healthy lifestyle so easily and she give diet plan which fill all type sources so that I can mindful about my eating through out the day

Dear Akhila, I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciate the support you provided during our three-month fitness journey together. You checked on everyday, our weekly connects helped me to achieve my goal. Under your guidance, I got the awareness about daily calorie intake, understanding its significance in my fitness goals. You helped me maintain my energy levels so that I don't get tired. Initially it was hard to maintain and I used to skip Breakfast, while staying in the hostel and going to the office for 5 days a week, traveling 2 hours but gradually you gave me easy options so that I don't skip my meals and plan my day accordingly. I lost 10 kgs while maintaining a balanced diet of 1900+ calories. I never thought I can do this but you made me. You have also provide me both home workout and gym workout plan which allowed me to choose what worked best for me. Your coaching not only transformed my physical health but also boosted my confidence and overall well-being. Earlier I used to be very lazy but now I feel more energetic. And my thinking was changed, like, now I'm climbing steps wherever possible even for 6 floors. Thanks for your dedication, patience, and encouragement. I enrolled for the 3 month plan with Akhila when I am already into my fitness journey since 2 years. I thought I hit a plateau and realised the need for a professional dietician to break the plateau. Akhila's diet plan is not only sustainable but also focused on nutrition derived from natural foods. No unnecessary supplements. The plan encourages to consume all varieties of fruits and vegetables with a focus on portion control. I can now run faster and lift heavier. I enrolled for 3 months and can’t believe I reduced 1.5 kg in first 3 weeks . I have hectic & demanding work schedule , and also a school going toddler . I often forget to drink water or eat food , because of Akhila and her constant follow ups I tend to manage all together .she always answers your questions day / night week end or weekdays . I have been on my fitness journey for the last 4 years, but i had the problem of not being able to gain any sort of Mass and my nutritional requirements were not met with the existing consumption of food. Thats when i decided to join PFC and got Akhila allotted to me as my coach/nutritionist. Its been about a 1.5 months into the program and already i can see changes in the way i consume calories (more wholefoods and no processed foods) and the daily motivation to hit the gym and regularly update my progress. It has been a good journey so far and kudos to Akhila for her regular follow ups and advice on how to take things forward.

I enrolled for the 3 month plan. I was suffering from shoulder pain for a long time and the exercise routine suggested to me by Akhila has really helped me. My pain has significantly decreased.
