About Me

I’m Bhopender Thakur, a coach.

I am your Hyrox and Running coach. I have competed in Hyrox myself and I am looking forward to many more ahead. My goal is to conquer Hyrox and running and I assume your goal is too. Let’s do this together. But let me tell you, it was not simple or easy for me too.

At the start of 2024, I weighed 106 kg. Step by step, I changed my life. From running just 2 km at a time, I now easily run 150 to 200 km every month. In this journey I have lost 30 kg, finished a 2 hour Tuffman race and completed the Hyrox Men’s Open with many more races still to come.

Over the past 1.5 years I have transformed myself and now I am on a mission to help others transform too.

My coaching philosophy is simple:
Fitness should be a part of your life just like your work. We all chase professional goals with discipline and passion and our fitness goals deserve the same commitment.
