Thank you for being my guide on this ongoing journey of weight loss and fitness! I’ve managed to shed 9 KG with super easy diet changes, all while dealing with a young child and unpredictable sleep schedules. And I still get to enjoy my daily dose of two cups of tea, because without it, I’d be a total zombie! The diet and exercise plan created for me was perfectly fitting my needs. So officially I started my fitness journey on 18th Jan 2023 under the guidance of my mentor, my coach @onefitjourneyy, my Dipti vahini…. Actively it’s started on jan 2023 but passively it’s started 2 or 3 years back only when @onefitjourneyy, my vahini started posting about her transformation journey on social media. Every day I was watching her reels on insta, nutrition posts on Insta and Facebook and thinking that l also wants to do the same… but it couldn’t possible to me and for that lots of excuses I had.. So slowly slowly due to unhealthy dieting habits, lack of physical activity’s and many of the other reasons my weight continually increased, sleeping cycle was disturbed, blood pressure was on higher side. And one fine day I realised that if now I couldn’t change my lifestyle then I will be dies sooner than expectation’s…😅 Now it looks like fun but that time my actual feelings was that only. I say thanks to the god for realising that to me. After that I droped a msg to @onefitjourneyy, who is my coach and ask her that I wanted to start my fitness journey under your guidance…. And now the rest is history. she always motivated me, gudided me. Due to this only now I’m consistently going to the gym, and maintaing diet ( जीतना हो पाया उतना😄).. And like my coach mentioned many more things need to achieved. Thank you so much Dipti Vahini, it means a lot for me @onefitjourneyy

Dipti mam has been the driving force of my fitness journey. I have PCOD & I was completely lost when I started it during lockdown the lockdown days…. Following random advices from the internet, following exercises whichever is in the trend and getting demotivate at the for not getting results. During class 11th I was diagnosed with PCOD. Extremely sedentary lifestyle was the cause of it. As per doc advice…took multiple medicines but barely got the results. I consulted you during my 4th yr in college i.e. Nov 2023 and my view to correct my PCOD completely changed for the good. Since the. I have lost around 7-8 kg…it was a bit slow progress since I was managing with hostel food & college timing. But your advices worked out for me. I had a full 360° change in my Outlook to heel myself. As per your advice, i changed my lifestyle. Started exercising, 10k steps, more water intake balance diet, correct sleep schedule (i need to still work on it) & i could finally see the results..Thou a slow progress but still better than no progress. Your guidance have changed my perspective of living life. I am now more mindful of what i eat and how much I eat Use to HATE eggs…but since i know the importance of protein…now i consume it on the regular basis My outfits are now getting loose…i am gaining more strength and stamina And most importantly I STARTED TO LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS 💪 never thought that i lazy person like me would lov to go to the gym

Hello , due to lockdown and many other reasons i gained plenty of weight and i was worried , insecure about my physique and health , i decided to get in a good physique and to improve my health related habits as my new year resolution but i had no clue how i was going to do that , my mother saw my struggle and told me about dipti mam that how she helped my mother lose weight with really simple lifestyle changes , then i started my journey with dipti mam and she really made my vision and goals clear for me , i started with finishing my Daily goals and now it’s been 3-4 months I’ve been under guidance of dipti mam and I’ve lost almost 10 kg weight with those simple daily goals and lifestyle changes , I’m looking forward to achieve more and more with dipti mam and i hope I’ll be in my desired physique and health by the end of this year 🙂
