I started my fitness journey with Kamal from Feb 2023. He has been extremely supportive as I had no prior experience of Gym. All my apprehensions of being a newcomer were suitably addressed by him. He formulated an excellent workout and diet plan, which was easy to follow and transition to from my largely sedentary lifestyle. The diet has now become my second nature and all my cravings etc have vanished. He has been a constant source of motivation with his personal involvement and regular communication. I have already lost 8KGs in last 8 weeks and the whole process has been extremely wonderful. Kamal has made sure that I improve in all aspects of life, like my energy levels are high and my mood has never been down since commencement of the journey. I would specifically like to mention that initially I had some sleep related issues, which were in turn effecting me, Kamal suggested me corrective actions and since then my sleep cycle has been regular and I always wake up fresh, ready to face the day with full energy. I am looking forward for meeting all my fitness goals under his able guidance.

My experience with Kamal Sir has been really great. He created my diet plan around my existing diet so that it is easy to follow. Even when I eat out, his suggestions has helped to be on track. He is very comfortable to work with and has helped me with all sorts of queries that I have around exercises and diet. I highly recommend him to anyone interested in working with an experienced trainer.
