About Me

I’m Kamal Saini, an Advanced Fitness Coach with a postgraduate degree in nanotechnology. My journey into the fitness industry was fueled by my own fitness challenges and a desire to help others achieve their health goals.

With over five years of experience as a coach and 20 years of personal fitness dedication, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from beginners to advanced athletes.
