I’m Rashmi Agarwal, originally from Mumbai, India. After getting married and moving to a new city, I became a full-time wife and mother to my son. Like many moms, I faced post-partum challenges, which motivated me to embark on a fitness journey. I began by going to the gym and gradually adjusted my lifestyle and diet. As someone who was once overweight, I understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle and am committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals.

My approach to training is systematic, whether it’s through weight training or nutrition planning. I educate my clients on the food they eat, portion sizes, daily habits, and how they impact the body and mind. I believe that discipline is the key to success, and that patience is essential for achieving long-term results. Losing weight and becoming healthy takes time, but it’s worth it.
