I started my journey with PFC from Feb-23 under Coach Somesh and now I can say it was one of the best decisions of my life. This was a life changing journey for me with a lot of learnings, change in mindset and tremendous improvements in my fitness and strength levels. Somesh has immense knowledge in nutrition & dietetics and with his simple & sustainable plan I could achieve great results in this journey. In-spite of my hectic schedule and frequent travels, the constant motivation and push from Somesh has resulted in 12+ Kgs weight loss & 15+ inches loss across the body. To start of with, PFC Team and what you guys are doing is absolutely great. I love how affordable enrolling for a fitness trainer is on your platform, Kudos to you and the whole team. My journey with PFC and coach Somesh is great. Amount of things I have learnt in this past 14 weeks about fitness and about fat loss is what I appreciate the most. There were ups and down, a bit of frustration in between, but we sailed through and we did achieved the goal which we had set. I was able to lose good amount of body fat around my Naval, Waist, Face and so on. All this while having a lot of food and a proper diet along with the workout routine which was planned by coach Somesh. I’d never thought I would lose the fat I gained in these past years, but with consistency, efforts and proper guidance we can achieve the body structure which we dream of. I also saw changes in my energy levels and how active I have become in this process, it also helped me to integrate discipline in me and is helping me in other parts of my life as well. Dear Chirag, First of all congratulations to you for starting this wonderful venture. I’m following you in twitter since last 7-8 months and understood how thorough is your research in topics related to health & fitness. Which is why I finally decided to enroll with PFC Club. I enrolled with Somesh Pal and swear to god, this has been one of the best decisions of my life. In last 3 months, I’ve lost around 12-13 kgs of weight and I’m able to sustain the weight. This is all through simple home workouts and walking. In my earlier experiences of weight loss, I lost certain weight but gained the same weight in faster time due to lack of knowledge and understanding. Somesh really helped me out to understand the importance of food measurement which I never did in my previous weight loss attempts. And for me, I feel like it’s magic. I used to have so much cravings earlier. But now, I eat so much that I never crave and still I’m able to maintain calorie deficit. His knowledge and understanding in health and fitness is impeccable. He really pushed me out of my comfort zone and honestly I’m thankful for it. It has been an important lifestyle change. At the onset, let me congratulate you for starting this wonderful venture in this competitive space. I have been following PFC on social media for the last 6 months and the sheer determination and knowledge of PFC coaches attracted me to start my journey with Somesh Pal. It’s been 3 months of my wonderful fitness journey with Somesh and that compelled me to write this thank you mail and my learning from him. – The first thing I learn from him is to measure the food. Before, I used to track the calories burned, now I am tracking my calorie intake – The other thing he insisted is to walk. Now I am walking around 15k steps daily. Even yesterday, I completed my steps when watching a movie at home. – I am always afraid of excess protein, Somesh helps me to get away with that fear and now I am taking adequate protein including whey without any fear. – The best thing is, instead of one diet plan, Somesh as per my day’s preferences made 3 diet plans like egg only, Chicken only and Veg only with the same calorie intake. – And the followup of Somesh is icing on the cake. I have been doing yoga for the last 2 yrs but no changes have been observed. Somesh well designed plan helped me to gain my stamina, strength and make my stomach light as I felt bloated all the time before this. Now my other fear is of GYM. We enrolled for the couple plan and we have completed 10 weeks of the program. The program on the whole is very satisfying and the implementation for us everyday in general is quite challenging because of our age and the daily commitments , responsibilities etc. The diet plan really helped us to reduce weight. We being pure vegetarians ,the increase in protein portion of daily intake kept us energetic the whole day.
