Sumit provided excellent information. Broke down few myths. Helped me with my routine, diet structure and exercises I actually need to do in order to perform at my best. Also, guided me to understand basics of fat loss and how do I reach my goals realistically and also to sustain the lifestyle. In all it was a very good call.

Last year, I came across a tweet from Chirag. I don’t exactly remember what it was, but I do remember it did claim a transition to a healthy diet and overall fitness. I had lost weight in the past, but my old methods didn’t work well with my current routine. I thought of giving it a try for only a short duration, but I was told by Sumit that the duration won’t be enough for a significant change. Any way, I decided to enrol, also considering the thought that I didn’t have the time or energy or motivation to follow a plan, track meals or log calories on my own. I would also like to add that the monetary decision to invest in the coaching definitely helped. If I told someone I paid this amount to get this coaching, I would likely be told that for that amount, I could have made my own plans, searched the internet, spent it on something. Frankly, my choice paid off for me, it did feel like a risk when I began, but at the end, the work has to be done by your own self, it has to be done over a period of time, and consistently. How you achieve it depends on the cumulative effect of the chronicity of your decisions and for me, my decision worked well. And just to add: I am a Surgeon who has to divide my time between work and studies, vegetarian by diet and have to follow a pretty busy routine. I enrolled with Coach Sumit Vasvani. Experience: 1. Decision fatigue: I didn’t have to think about my food too much, since the food was mostly decided from a set group. Meals, especially breakfast were simple, and no longer an everyday mystery about what to eat. 2. Accountability: One of the greatest and the best things that I got. I over the years that I function significantly better if I have some sort of accountability, and feedback over what I was eating helped with improving my idea about how much to eat. I was mentally caught in a guilt trap, where I ate, felt guilty and then ate anyway. I might have had some good days on my own, but the overall diet was leading me nowhere. 3. Routine: Caring about my diet and health also lead me to streamline certain other habits I had. I incorporated other routines unrelated to PFC’s work that improved a lot of other things. I suppose that came from an improved energy level, and not constantly feeling as being fitter was on the task list. It freed up mental energy since I knew this aspect was handled by someone else on a certain level. 4. Relationship with food: Sugar cravings, gone. No more needlessly searching the fridge, or eating between the meals. A much improved relationship with food, which I believe is very important for our day and age, and also in line with my goal of incorporating a healthier lifestyle as a ‘normal’ for myself, even when off the program in the future. I like to remember the popular saying here, “You can’t outrun a bad diet.” A totally unrelated thing that also helped me: A tweet of Chirag where he had his room vacuumed. I had been ignorant of the cause of the issue for several years and that tweet really made me change a few things in my room that improved the quality of my life a LOT. Just wanted to mention this because I felt it should. Thank you!

I was sure about joining PFC, courtesy Chirag's tweets. However, was trying to figure who to sign up with. Finally got on board with Sumit. 3 months and 9 kgs down, I never felt fitter. Investing in a guided diet with Sumit is probably amongst the best investments till date. Man is always approachable and super courteous yet strict to ensure accountability.

Yesterday I had an consultantation call with Sumit Sir. It was a very productive call. Sumit listened to my concerns patiently and provided solutions/guidance on my workout and protein intake queries. Thought alloted time of the call was 30 mins, but it lasted more than that, till all my queries were not addressed. He also guided me on some of the additional things. Overall it was a good experience and I am very positive that inputs given by will result in positive outcomes for me .

I started my weight loss challenge with Sumit. With his help, I was able to attain my long-term aim of losing weight. With his assistance, I shed around 11 kg, and my energy level has already doubled. He was really helpful in supplying me with growth tools like calories and workout plans. What I liked best about this was that it was a lifestyle shift that encompassed everything from what we ate to how much we burned each day. Thank you so much, Sumit, for all your help!

Thank you for not letting me quit when I wanted to, or go easy when I was tired. You believed in me more than I believed in myself. Now I believe. And there is nothing that beats that feeling. I owe that to you. Thank you Sumit vasvani sir 🙏🏻
