I like the part where he accomodated all the my needs. He gave me best advices, and which helped me countless times in the gym and in the kitchen sticking to a regime. He was always ready to listen to all the problems I faced and gave me the correct advice which was just not movitivational but also practical, in a way that helped me bring consistency & correct behaviour realtes to gym and Food habits.

Yash is an absolutely brilliant coach! I thought I knew fair bit about the whole process of getting fit and needed a coach only for accountability – but working with Yash I learnt so much more! He very rationally explained each and every change he made to the plan, he accommodated my constant travel into the plan, and he very diligently followed up almost on a daily basis. I lost almost 10 kilos with him in 3 months – could have easily been a few kgs more had I been more diligent with my workout. Not that I had sugar issues but my HBA1C dropped from 5.4 to 5.1 and Triglycerides dropped from 350 to 200 odd. I hope I can continue with the clean eating practices he instilled in me over these months and I look forward to enrolling under him again as soon as I can fix my routine and workout challenges.
